delivered in good condition. but it come 2 hrs earlier. luckily i was at home to pick up the perishable, cant imagine if i am not at home at the fish and meat are left outside till i am back home!

Well I ordered three tubs all arrived at 8 pm But it has been outside the fridge since 3,35pm. I hope the delivery can be in a cooler box bit it is not as the products are in room temp when I check it These products said it must be keep refrigerated. Very disappointed!! This product is good however this supposed to be a chilled item, when I received it, it is no longer chilled. I have another bag of frozen goods in a cooling bag which I think if this can be put into the same bag, it won’t be so bad. Now I am not sure if it can still be consumed
