Item was pack nicely and came very quickly in about 3 days. Bought it for christmas present exchange.

False advertisement. Did not come with $10 voucher. Approached to ask and was told it would be delivered within 14 working days of purchase. But didn’t happen. Ordered in 12 Dec and still no voucher and response from seller. Not trustworthy.

Bought it at offer, so so happy! it is from JBL and it has 1 year local warranty. the sound is so clear, and even feel the base.

Convenient volume control, Perfect for on-the-go music lovers, Versatile color options,

fast delivery. speaker is compact and has clear sound.

Item arrived in excellent condition. The speaker gives decent quality sound considering the price, and has the same button functionality as other JBL speakers such as the Flip 5. Bluetooth connectivity to iPhone iPad is also great and there is no noticeable lag in audio transmission compared to visual (for videos). Good for small rooms and areas.

🎧Sound Quality:great! 🔋Battery Life:doing well so far for many hours

Great speaker! 😯👍 The treble is clear & the bass is just nice, better than my JBL Clip 2 which loses in everything soundwise to this JBL Go Essential, plus the price is lower too 👍. A great buy for me

It functions as described, yet the overall feel is somewhat underwhelming and not especially durable.

Customer service answered my question promptly and helped me sort things out. The item itself is good, although the instructions could be clearer.

The whole experience was smooth from ordering to unboxing. The product feels solid and performs just as promised.

I'm happy with how well it works; the only downside is that the instructions could be clearer.
