Horrible. I ordered 3 sides for a king bed, but the seller only sent 1 side. I have not been able to get any assistance from the store or seller as only a bot is replying me and can never connect me to a live agent. The bot keeps telling me that the missing items cannot be delivered to me and I’m asked to key in for refund. I have followed the instructions but now my refund has not been accepted. I was going to get the refund and re-order, but what do you want me to do now? Horrible buying experience. Unresponsive irresponsible seller.
