The description was mostly accurate, but a couple of details were vague and it's merely usable.

I was impressed by how carefully it was packed, and it looks even better in person.

The quality is reassuring and it has worked well since it arrived. I deducted a little because a follow-up question took a while to get answered.

The whole experience was smooth, from placing the order to opening the package. The item is attractive, practical, and exactly what I wanted.
