The rectangular pail looks good but unfortunately it was delivered damaged. Asked for refund and will buy again

It's big and deep, perfect for soaking mops! Just had a slight smell when I first opened it, but after letting it air out outside, it wasn't noticeable anymore. It's not made of that flimsy, hard plastic.

I was initially worried about the bucket getting damaged, but it turned out to be just fine when I got it. Awesome!

The size fits my mop perfectly, making things much easier than before, and the thickness is just right.

The quality of the basin is great, and the sponge mop is really handy and doesn’t take up much space. Just what I needed!

The design is stylish and looks great, it's very durable and has no weird smell, and the quality is really good.

I bought it mainly for its large capacity, which holds a lot of water and makes cleaning the mop super easy.

The item is genuinely useful and matches the photos well. I only wish the packaging had been a little more protective.

Delivery took longer than I had hoped, and the outer box was slightly damaged. The contents were fine, so I decided to keep it, but the experience was just okay.

Dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng phản hồi lịch sự; mình chỉ ước việc đổi trả đơn giản hơn.

I was unsure at first, but the quality and ease of use won me over. I would definitely buy this again.

It is heavier than I expected. Carrying it from room to room gets tiring.
