Your system is still showing the status Pending Pick-up. I have informed Anna on 29/10/2024 at 7:20 pm that I had earlier saved my data into the device and thereafter am not able to read anything. I had tried various methods introduced on the internet, message the supplier and including going to some vendors to try to read or reformat the device but am not successful. As such, I would not want to return the items unless someone can inform me how to reformat the device. My feedback to Lazada management is your Refund/Return Procedures rank low compared to your competitors.

Received item within a week. Looks good and storage as described. After using it, issues came up. Unable to save files and all files transferred disappeared. Waste of money.

fast delivery. great quality. unfortunately my windows 7 can't recognize it. figuring out how to do it

Large storage capacity, 💾Storage Capacity:1T

Easy to use and setup,

very poor. speed very slow.

Speed of transferring data is not there. Pretty disappointed with it

Thanks

Item received in good condition. was just wondering how this 8TB for 35$ compares to a 1TB for 179$. sure the casing is different, the weight. the 1TB from Toshiba is heavier. but speed wise ... to see the difference may require some maximum load on the transfer of data. for the money I would say this is a decent buy. ok, speed is very lousy, from 2MB/s to close to 20MB/s. the 1TB is 150 - 180 MB/s. for applications that require speed that's no use. the same 240GB were transfered in 25min.

Fast delivery. Items received as described. Tested & really is 16TB which is unbelievable for such a small & light-weighted SSD. Hope it can last else will repost again.

Although it is 4tb, a lot of files transferred over to the drive became corrupted and cannot be used!

Fast delivery item received nicely packedValue for money, Large storage capacity, Sleek and stylish design, Versatile color options thanks

Vendor is trusted and dependable! The item I received was not as specified and vendor promised to send me a new one. He kept his words and I received the item very fast. This vendor is highly recommended for his principled way of doing business. Keep up the excellent service!

Can not transfer file. Store rate capacity is bull shit Don't buy this product.

A good tool for backup and it is portable.

light n portable. File transfer speed about 13Mb/s. Genuine contents of 64TB.

Value for money,

works fine

Really small and fast storage.. Just hope it will last and do not break down

the drive works. note that transfer speed is slow... will take long time for high capacity usage

don't buy any item from this store

External drive arrived on time. The product is good. Thank you very much to the seller. I recommend it.

It works excellent, it comes with its accessories, it came very well packed and also came with the corresponding memory

Cool thing, it really works. It is very convenient to connect to both smart and laptop.

Same as described by seller Super fast shipping And drive is working alright. Thanks seller My next purchase is a 64 TB

Not what it says. Could not even hold 2 Gig of data. Crashed and died.

Doesn’t work past the first few gb. Rest of the transferred files get lost in transition

Good quality. Thanks.

it's not SSD. the speed is like the normal pendrive. Expect the SSD speed, then don't buy this.

Please don’t buy. Unable to detect. Bad luck checked after the allowable return date. When connected to PC first time ok and tried to save files and noticed partial files are copied but when connect next time the mesg prompt as Access denied, not accessible etc.. money wasted ☹️☹️☹️

still a disappointment. unable to even copy 256gb without error. wasted my money

Fast delivery, and good quality too! thanks!

it's not really 64TB wast of time and money

Was worried when I ordered but it is just as advertised and may order more next time

Fast delivery and very happy with the product

Very light and portable. Will try it soon

Product received well .Item as advertise, tested and in good working order.

I recommend the seller. precis. Fast and quality

I had tried to backup my 2TB data (pic n videos) to this 4 tb hard disk. After a few nights transferring, Most the pic folders were blank except the initial folders which I saved.

Can’t use for my MacBook Air. Not impress

This is a scam. The actual data saved is max 50GB. lost close to a TB of data before I realised it. precious photos over a decade gone because I cut and pasted. All gone. Never buy from this seller.

The ssd does not work. Tried to contact seller via chat but no response. This is a waste of money. Don’t buy to this seller. Product sucked, seller sucks😡

I have a problem to save my data. See the error message. Can’t save data at all. Can’t format as well. Totally can’t use. Very poor service as well. No reply to enquiries.

Totally bad . Cannot store files into the data bank . Files become corrupted and cannot be opened after they are copied into the data bank. All buyers beware ! Do not waste money on this which cannot perform its basic function of storing files such as Microsoft words , excel files . Very disappointing.

bought 64TB can only be accessed read write once. pls dont buy

The product works as advertised and feels solid overall. I would have preferred clearer care instructions, but that is a minor issue.

Delivery was fine, but there was a minor scuff on the surface when I opened it. It still works, so I decided not to bother with a return.

The product does what it promises and feels well made overall. I only wish the packaging were easier to recycle.

Đóng gói rất chắc chắn, sản phẩm dùng êm và đúng như mô tả. Mình đã giới thiệu cho đồng nghiệp.

The item arrived well protected and works as expected. A small finishing detail could be better, but overall I'm pleased with the purchase.

The product arrived on time, yet it was a little smaller than I pictured. It serves its purpose, but I am not especially impressed.
