The delivery person left the item at my door without ringing the doorbell. It was two hours later, in hot temperatures, when I finally noticed them. Do you think the item is still fresh?!!

Fish was not cold when it arrived. Did not have ice packs with it.

Everything works as advertised and setup was straightforward. A slightly longer cable would have made it more convenient.

It does the job well and feels sturdier than I expected. The only downside is that it took me a while to figure out the best way to use it.

The main function is fine, but the controls are less intuitive than I hoped and the build feels somewhat flimsy. It gets the job done for light tasks, no more.
