Provides a clean and organized look, Securely holds my TV, Excellent value for money,

Enquiries clarified in the chat promptly. Ordered during sale 02.02 & delivered on 10.02 evening. Guys were quick to install and mount TV & generous to share quick tips on remote use. TV's HDMI & USB ports are on the back, not the most convenient to reach but installers aided in that too.

Was delayed as the TV is preordered. The installer is very professional and the TV can slide left or right

Good tv so far . Supposed to receive the free sound bar + subwoofer and digital tv antenna but only receive the antenna during delivery. Msg TCL but haven’t replied yet.

Item came earlier than expected. Paid 1.7k++ for a 75" C755. Free Sound bar, which was better than expected with it's excellent voice clarity but lack bass. Image is excellent, can actually see diffrent shades of black. Much better quality than my previous Xiaomi TV. Installer for TV and wall mount came on time but was a little rush here and there and had to return again when the TV was tilted to one side, which they gladly return to get it rectified. Overall, am happy with it's quality.

Excellent experience with TCL Lazada. Price is even better than big box electronics stores, with regular promotions and discounts. Customer service is responsive, and ops team follows up with phone call on delivery and install timing. Team of 2 came by to wall mount the TV, can see that they are experienced and work quickly and efficiently. Installers were very detailed in ensuring tv is properly levelled, and completed power on test as well as digital antenna testing before leaving with the appropriate instructions. Very satisfied!!!

Had ordered this without checking that the original bracket can be reused. Returned brand new to request for full refund but rejected by TCL. Buyers pls check. Have to trouble them to make second trip to reinstall.

Told the installer to install at 0.9m but installer installed the TV too high (1m). Asked him to come back and rectify but he asked to pay $50 more

Absolutely lousy!!!

Nhân viên tư vấn trả lời lễ phép và giải đáp rõ ràng. Sản phẩm dùng tốt, nhưng thời gian chờ phản hồi lần đầu hơi lâu.

The quality is solid, and it feels like it will last. I’d prefer a more detailed guide, but that’s a minor issue.

Công năng đáp ứng nhu cầu cơ bản, nhưng thao tác chưa thật mượt và cần thêm thời gian làm quen.

I gave this to my parents and they were delighted with how simple it is to handle. It has become part of their daily routine.

The item is functional, but it took me a while to figure out how to use it properly, and the quality was slightly below my expectations.

It feels well built and has been reliable so far. My only suggestion is to include a clearer quick-start guide instead of making users search for details.

The seller kept me informed throughout, and the item arrived in excellent condition, so I'm very pleased with the whole purchase.

It has been reliable during daily use, and the seller was helpful; a slightly better finish would make it excellent.
