I was pleased with the quick delivery and careful wrapping. The item itself is good, although I wish it were slightly easier to store.

It has been reliable in daily use, and the packaging arrived intact. A clearer care guide would make it even better.

A solid choice overall, and it was easy for my parents to use. The only downside is that the box was slightly damaged on arrival.

I bought this for a family member, and it has been working well. The only downside is that the controls take some getting used to.
